BeeLoved products can be Returned or Exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase date. This applies to Full Price Non Special Order Purchases Only.
To be eligible for a return:
- Proof of purchase/Order Number
- Purchased in the last 10 days
- BeeLoved Bag or Hat is in its original packaging and has tags on.
- BeeLoved Bag or Hat hasn't been used or damaged
- BeeLoved Purchase was not Discounted/On Sale/Special Order

Free Exchanges on Full Price Items
If you are not satisfied with your BeeLoved purchase and would like to exchange it for another item, please send us an email to sales@beelovedbags.com to request an exchange shipping label.
Return/Exchange must be in its original packing with the proof of purchase/Order Number
Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the original purchase of a product are non-refundable.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please take pictures and notify BeeLoved immediately for assistance.
Sale items or Discounts or Special Order
Sale/Discount/Special Order Items are Final Sale and nonrefundable.
